Homeowner Lee Ann was a previous customer of Basement Systems of Indiana when she needed a sump pump to keep her basement dry.  She was now ready to have a drainage system installed a waterproof wall covering in her basement.  She reached out to us to set up an appointment with our Sales Inspector Jay, who promptly went to the customer’s home to create a plan to keep the basement dry at all times.

During the inspection, Jay recommended the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, one of our 5-star patented products that is installed on top of the footer around the perimeter of the basement.  The WaterGuard French drainage system is designed to collect water that passes through the basement walls and drains it to a sump pump.  Since she already had a TripleSafe Sump Pump previously installed by us, Jay explained that the WaterGuard drainage system could be tied right into the existing sump pump.

The Helical Piers are used to lift and stabilize the home with steel plates and helical blades that provide anchoring strength.  Our Foreman Todd and his crew members Holden and Herschel completed the Helical Pier installation in three days.  The crew faced several challenges during this foundation repair installation when digging the holes for the piers.  Our Foreman Todd explained that it was difficult getting past large rocks, but once they did, the installation went smoothly.
