During the inspection, Steve used a moisture meter to find the water source since it was not visible with the finished basement walls.  Steve was able to pinpoint where the water was seeping in and recommended that a full perimeter drainage system and sump pump be installed to remove any water that continues to leak in.  He also recommended having a dehumidifier installed to protect the homeowners belongings from mold and mildew.  

Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector and Victor installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system on top of the footer to help redirect the water seepage to a TripleSafe sump pump, which will them remove the water out and away from the home through a discharge line system.  To install the WaterGuard system in the finished basement, the crew had to cut half of the dry wall up from the footer of the basement to allow water to collect in the system.  A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to control the humidity and moisture levels in the basement since there had been a preexisting water issue.
