Homeowners Jeanette and JD of Carmel, Indiana have a large basement that did not have a drainage system or sump pump installed. Their plans were to have the basement finished, but they were concerned about potential flooding without a proper waterproofing system installed. They contacted Basement Systems of Indiana for a free estimate on a basement waterproofing system. Our Sales Inspector Jay went to the home to provide a thorough inspection of the basement.
Jay recommended our WaterGuard floor drainage system that would collect water passing through the basement walls and redirect it to a TripleSafe Sump Pump. Following the installation of the drainage system and sump pump, Jay recommended, our basement finishing options that includes floor and wall coverings.

They then completed an astonishing transformation by installing our Elite Plank Floor System in a dark walnut color and our Basement to Beautiful insulated wall panels. The homeowners were thrilled with the changes made to their basement that completely changed the environment and overall comfort.
Gil was having issues with water flooding his basement and needed a waterproofing system that would provide a permanent solution to the problems. Our Sales Representative Eric went out to Gil's home to provide an inspection and discuss the appropriate options for a potential basement waterproofing solution.

The WaterGuard® drainage system will collect any water that seeps through Gil's basement walls and drains it directly to the Twin Pack Sump Pump System that we installed. The IceGuard® fits over the top of the discharge line to act as a secondary escape route for water. When the discharge line is frozen, the IceGuard® allows water to escape through slotted openings in the drainpipe.
