Basement Waterproofing, Crawl Space Repair, & More in Columbus

This homeowner in Columbus, Indiana had significant structural issues in her crawl space caused by wood rot and sagging floor joists.   With a lack of support from under the home, floors inside the home became very uneven.  The homeowner was a prior customer of Basement Systems of Indiana who previously had a crawl space encapsulation completed to prevent moisture from passing through the ground and walls.  With that concern behind her, her attention now turned to the structural issues.
