Our foreman Jon and his crew installed a full perimeter basement waterproofing system that included a WaterGuard Below Floor Drainage system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to remove any water entering.  In order to repair in the foundation of the basement walls, our production team installed Carbon Armors, which will permanently stabilize the walls.

A homeowner in Westport, Indiana began noticing a musty smell in her home that she believed was coming from her crawl space.  To her knowledge, the crawl space did not have an existing vapor barrier to seal the ground from any moisture passing through and odors.  She began searching for reliable crawl space repair companies to inspect the crawl space and determine the best solution to eliminate the musty smell from rising into her home.

The owner of a church building in Greensburg, Indiana was concerned about storage in his basement being ruined after noticing water seeping in through the walls and puddles in a few different areas.  The water had caused humidity in the basement to increase, which began to affect the air in main level of the building.  Our Certified Inspector Terry met with the church owner to find out more about the water problem in the basement and to discuss permanent solutions so he would no longer have to worry about the health of the church members or valuables being damaged. 

During his inspection, Terry informed the the building owner that while water could not be seen seeping through every wall in the basement, it is important to protect the entire basement from water intrusion by installing our patented interior floor drainage system that is installed on top of the footer and out of the "mud zone."  Any water collected by the system would then be redirected to a sump pump and discharge line system.  

Our Foreman Harrison and his crew members Brandon and Juan had the difficult task of breaking out the thick concrete in the basement to prepare for the installation of our WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump.  The church building owner was intrigued by the TripleSafe sump pump system due to its ability to handle a large volume of water and the battery back up system that would protect the basement in case of a power outage.  The was an important feature of the system to the owner, because the basement is primarily used for storage and does not get much foot traffic.  Lastly, the concerns about damp, humid air rising into he main levels of the church were addressed by the installation of our patented SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier that will control the environment.
