This homeowner in Greenfield, Indiana was very concerned about water that had been seeping through his basement walls and on to the floor causing high risk for mold growth.  The water seemed to be only leaking through the cracks during heavy rains, but the homeowner wanted an expert’s opinion.  He found Basement Systems of Indiana while searching on the Internet and became intrigued by their positive reviews on Google.

In order to repair the sagging floors inside the home, our SmartJacks Support System would need to be installed in the crawl space to stabilize the floor joists.  An encapsulation was required to seal off the crawl space floor from the Earth to prevent moisture build up that was causing high humidity and mold. A Sump Pump would be the next step to effectively waterproof the crawl space.
