Homeowner John had some concerns about rainwater passing through his basement walls and floors.  Because he uses his basement primarily for storage, he became interested in having his basement waterproofed to prevent water damage to his personal items.  Our Sales Inspector Dave provided the free estimate and explained to the homeowner John that he would need a French Drain System and a Sump Pump to remove any water entering the basement.  

The water issues were prevalent in the basement floors and walls, causing a need for multiple drainage systems.  Our production crew first installed our WaterGuard Below Floor French Drain System to collect any water passing through the basement walls.  Any water that is collected is then transferred to a TripleSafe Sump Pump, which offers three levels of protection including a battery backup.  A Trench Floor Drain System was then installed to collect any water that seeps through the floors and drains to the TripleSafe Sump Pump.

Homeowner Mark had several nagging issues in his crawl space including water coming in, high humidity, and sagging floor joists.  He saw a television ad for Basement Systems of Indiana's crawl space repair services, and immediately contacted our appointment center.  Our Sales Inspector Josh went to Mark's home for a free crawl space inspection to come up with effective solutions for each issue.  Josh determined that the sagging floors in Mark's home were a result of the floor joists in the crawl space failing.  He recommended the SmartJack Support System to stabilize the floors above the crawl space.

Homeowner Ryan had sagging floors in his home and was concerned that this issue was getting worse over time.  He reached out to our Sales Inspector Jay to come out and give a free inspection.  During the inspection, Jay explained that the result of the sagging floors inside the home was caused by failing floor joists and beams around the outside of the crawl space.  

His recommendation was to have our production crew install support beams that could restore straightness and stability to the floors above.  Our production crew got right to work on this unique job that required some assistance from our Production Manager Devon. 

The crew installed SmartJack Support Posts, which are installed by attached steel support beams to your floor joists and a sturdy base at the floor.  The homeowner Ryan was very happy with the results of the job and he no longer has sagging floors in his home.
