Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Kyle and Aaron installed an EZflow drainage system that would redirect the water to a SmartSump pump, which would then remove the water out of the crawl space and away from the foundation of the home.  The crew then encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through the ground and walls.  Lastly, an energy-efficient SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to control the relative humidity in the crawl space and create a healthier below-grade space.
