The owner of a Napa Auto Parts store in Union City, Indiana was extremely concerned about the foundation support of his building due to noticeably large cracks on the exterior. The problem had only continued to get worse over time and he decided start looking for reliable companies to fix the issue permanently. Our Sales Inspector Paige, who primarily focuses his expertise on foundation issues, went out to Union City to thoroughly inspect the Napa Auto Parts store. Paige explained to the building owner that piers would need to be installed in order to lift the building back to its original level after settlement issues and wall cracks and taken a toll on the foundation of the building.
Our foundation repair crew led by our Foreman Wes and his installers John and Jon-Wesley dug around the exterior of the foundation to install 6 Push Piers. The crew faced some challenges during the foundation repair process, but the result of the job was exactly what the customer was looking for.
Homeowner Steve's crawl space had several issues including standing water, high humidity, and mold. Due to a poor crawl space environment that could cause harm to the rest of the home, Steve began searching for reliable crawl space repair companies. SilverGlo Wall Insulation was added to complete the encapsulation, along with a SmartSump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The crew completed the job in three days and faced no major obstacles along the way, leaving the customer very happy with the results.
