Photo Album: Crawl Space Waterproofing and Encapsulation in Carmel, IN

A homeowner in Carmel, Indiana had an existing vapor barrier in his crawl space, but water damage from a plumbing leak required a replacement with our thicker, durable vapor barrier.  Our Certified Inspector Cory recommended a complete crawl space encapsulation, a waterproofing drainage system, and a dehumidifier.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan installed an Ez Flow interior perimeter drainage system, sealed the crawl space ground and walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
