A homeowner in Indianapolis, Indiana had several issues going on in her crawl space such as high humidity, water intrusion, and sagging floor joists. Our Certified Inspector Devon provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and determined that there was no vapor barrier and the fiberglass insulation had rotted and started falling down due to moisture. Our Foreman Sai and his crew members encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed a SuperSump pump, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. SmartJacks were installed to stabilize the floors above.
