The owner of an old gymnasium in Economy, Indiana was concerned the condition of the basement below the gym floor that had humidity, moisture, and floor joists issues. Our Certified Inspector Terry recommended waterproofing the basement, dehumidifying the air, and adding support posts to for stabilization.
