Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation System in Indianapolis, IN

A homeowner in Indianapolis, Indiana had concerns about humidity and moisture in his crawl space that was rising into his home.  Our Certified Inspector Jay recommended sealing the dirt floor and block walls in the crawl space to prevent moisture from passing through.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Jose encapsulated the entire crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a SuperSump pump to keep the space dry.
