The whole experience was good from the first meeting with Eric the sales consultant to the actual installation with Jason and his team. Jason called to say they were on their way and arrived on time. They were professional, polite and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I definitely recommend Basement Systems of Indiana.

Jason called to say they were on their way and arrived on time. They worked the entire day, it was a long day of jack hammering, installing and then hauling a lot of heavy concrete chunks out of the basement. The basement waterproofing system which they installed is a superior design and it gives great peace of mind knowing that there is a lifetime warranty on their product and work.
