Josh was my salesperson and Jon was the lead installer. Both did a fantastic job of educating me first, and then providing me with my options without the use of high pressure sales tactics. I had the basement waterproofing system installed, the job went exactly as described, and they left the basement cleaner than they found it. Best of all, they completed the job just before 3 days of rain started and I am not stomping through puddles anymore.
