Very good communication skills. Terry always explained what they were doing and what had been completed. He took pride in their work and was great in showing me the actual work as well as providing before and after pictures. Both men were friendly, polite , and pleasant to do business with. They were great about letting me know when to expect them and always punctual. They are very hard working!
