Understanding my needs, knowledge as how to resolve the problem. Upon the initial survey Todd was detailed not only of the main repair but also explained other problems that he encountered verbally and with pictures, and pricing. Note: there was no high pressure sales pitch to do more than my main concern. Repair crew was timely and knowledgeable explaining verbal and with pictures when completed. The company overall confident and easy to work with.
