I was told that diamond bits on push rods through the basement wall could easily go through rock and concrete but this was not the case. (hence the months delay. I was promised barrels to store dirt from the excavation and these were not delivered.

they should bring tarps to put on the floor when they are walking on wood floor or carpet to get to the construction area
