Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation and Humidity Control in Connersville, IN

A homeowner in Connersville, Indiana was concerned about the floors in his home being cold during the winter and low spots in the floors in a few areas.  Our Certified Inspector Sam found that there was only partial vapor barrier covering the ground in the crawl space and nothing sealing the block walls, which was allowing moisture and humidity issues.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan sealed the crawl space ground and walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed a SmartSump Pump, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and SmartJack support posts to stabilize the floors above.
