Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Waterproofing in Bloomington, IN

A homeowner in Bloomington, Indiana had several issues in her crawl space such has water intrusion, high humidity, and mold growth on the wood floor joists and sub floor.  Our Certified Inspector Devon recommended that environment be controlled by having the crawl space sealed and a waterproofing system installed.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed SilverGlo thermal insulation, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the area dry.
