Challenge
Homeowner Jon was having issues with his basement walls bowing out and water coming in during heavy rains. The basement is 1025 square feet and unfinished, but Jon is interested in having it finished once the water and foundation issues were behind him. There were also cracks in some areas of the interior foundation walls in the basement that seemed to be the cause of water entering during any heavy rains. With the lack of wall stability, the foundation issues were pretty severe and costs could add up over time if not repaired.
Solution
Our Sales Inspector Dave recommended GeoLock® Wall Anchors to restore stability to the walls and the WaterGuard French Drain System to help remove the water getting in during heavy rains.
