Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Carmel, Indiana noticed water seeping through his basement walls during heavy rainfall.  Our Certified Inspector Jeremy recommended our patented interior drainage system with a sump pump to help keep the basement dry.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose, Eliuc, and Marcos installed the WaterGuard drainage system to help redirect water seepage to a TripleSafe sump pump.  

A homeowner in Carmel, Indiana had issues with humidity and moisture rising up from her crawl space into his home.  Our Certified Inspector recommended sealing the crawl space and adding a dehumidifier to prevent moisture from passing through the ground and walls.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Jose encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help control the environment. 

A homeowner in Carmel, Indiana had fiberglass insulation in his crawl space that was absorbing moisture and started to fall.  Our Certified Inspector Grant recommended encapsulating the crawl space, removing the fiberglass insulation, and adding a thermal insulation barrier.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Jose sealed the ground and wall with CleanSpace vapor barrier and added SilverGlo thermal vapor barrier.  

Neil needed a sump pump replacement in his basement to protect against water passing through his walls or floors.  Our production crew installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump for three levels of ultimate protection.
