Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Indianapolis, Indiana had a significant amount of water leaking into her basement during a heavy rainfall.  Our Certified Inspector Rob recommended a complete waterproofing system that would include an interior drainage system, a sump pump, and dehumidifier.  Our Foreman Harrison and his crew members Brandon and Juan installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump with a battery back up system, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to change the environment in the basement. 

Homeowners Skye and Bob use their crawl space for storage, but it did not have a proper encapsulation to protect their belongings from moisture.  Our Foreman Todd and his used a durable crawl space vapor barrier called CleanSpace for an effective encapsulation. 

A homeowner in Carmel, Indiana had a finished basement with a bedroom, but wanted to add more natural light by adding a larger window.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Nazario, and Edwin installed an Egress Window and Geo-Lock anchors to stabilize the wall after having an opening cut out.  The homeowner has plans to add dry wall back around the window.
