Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Fortville, Indiana was very concerned about his chimney beginning to pull away from the rest of the foundation.  Our Certified Inspector Casey informed the homeowner that the foundation had settled several inches which was causing the issue with the brick chimney.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Adam, Edwin, Ramon, and Eliuc installed 2 Helical Piers to permanently stabilize the foundation. 

A homeowner in Fortville, Indiana was concerned when he noticed water seeping up through the concrete floor of his basement.  Our certified inspector Devon recommended a full perimeter interior waterproofing drainage system and wall vapor barrier in the basement with a sump pump to keep the space dry all year round.  Our Foreman Harrison and his crew members Dewey, Brandon, and Harry installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, and TripleSafe sump pump system. 

A homeowner in Fishers, Indiana has a large outdoor patio that had begun to crack and settle in several places.  Our Certified Inspector Rob recommended using our PolyLevel concrete repair system to provide permanent stabilization and even lift the concrete back to it's original level in the areas that were uneven.  Our Foreman Beto and installer Tyler completed the project in just one day leaving the homeowner very satisfied with the end result.
