Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Bedford, Indiana was interested in adding another bedroom in his home in the basement, but he did not have an egress.  Our Certified Inspector Cory met with the homeowner to discuss his options and the benefit of our Egress Window and RockWell window well.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Nazario, Olvin, and Edwin cut an access for the Egress, sealed the window, and installed the RockWell window well for easy access in and out of the basement. 

A homeowner in Bedford, Indiana was concerned about damp air and humidity rising into his home.  Our Certified Inspector Grant recommended replacing the existing vapor barrier in the crawl space that had several tears with our CleanSpace vapor barrier.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Beto, Nelson, and Jose completed the installation. 

A homeowner in Dayton, Indiana had constant problems with water seeping into her basement during heavy rains and needed a new sump pump to handle a large volume of water.  Our production team installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system to redirect any water seepage through the basement wall and floor to a TripleSafe sump pump.

A homeowner in Quincy, Indiana was concerned about humidity and possible mold growth in his crawl space after noticing musty smells throughout his home.  Our Certified Inspector Devon informed the homeowner that the crawl space ground and walls needed to be sealed and insulated to prevent moisture from passing through.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Jose encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and added SilverGlo thermal insulation. 

This homeowner was concerned about water leaking into the basement during heavy rains.  Our foreman Joe and his crew installed a WaterGuard French Drain System, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier.
