Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in West Lafayette, Indiana had a small existing window in her basement, but she was interested in adding a bedroom in the basement and needed a form of egress.  Our Certified Inspector Terry met with the homeowner to discuss her options and they settled on the installation of a new egress window and a RockWell window well that was installed by our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Edwin, and Kevin. 

A homeowner in Brookston, Indiana had bouncy and unlevel floors in his home.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Evert, Kevin, and Erick installed 2 SmartJack support posts to stabilize the floors above the crawl space. 

A homeowner in Williams, Indiana had severe horizontal cracks in his basement foundation walls that had continued to get worse over time.  Our Certified Inspector Casey recommended permanent stabilizing the walls to prevent any further wall movement.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose, Eliuc, and Marcos installed a total of 14 Geo-Lock wall earth anchors. 

Homeowner Sherri had some concerns about water getting into her basement.  The solution to her problem was the installation of a WaterGuard French Drain system by our Foreman Todd to collect water passing through the basement walls. 

A homeowner in Owensburg, Indiana had some significant issues in his crawl space causing musty smells to rise into the home, cold floors during the winter, and damp, humid air during the summer.  Our Certified Inspector Cory provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and determined that an encapsulation system, waterproofing system, and a dehumidifier would help remedy these issues.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan installed an interior waterproofing drainage system and encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier.
