Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Greenfield, Indiana had an old existing vapor barrier in his crawl space that needed to be replaced and humid air rising into the home.  Our Certified Inspector Cory educated the homeowner on the importance of complete crawl space encapsulation to seal the crawl space from the outside air and dehumidification that would create a healthier living environment throughout the entire home.  Our Foreman Harrison and his crew members Chris, Hector, and Victor encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed a SuperSump pump with a battery back up system, and they added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  

A homeowner in Greenfield, Indiana was concerned about dampness and humidity in her home.  Our Certified Inspector Grant recommended sealing the crawl space ground and walls with a vapor barrier.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  

This homeowner needed a full basement waterproofing system, along with a sump pump replacement.  Our foreman Jon and his crew installed a WaterGuard below floor drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump. 

Homeowner Breann had sagging and uneven floors in her living room area.  Our Foreman Nolan and his lead installer Deonte installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Support System to lift and stabilize the sagging floors. 

A homeowner in Andrews, Indiana had a basement foundation wall that was crumbling and was concerned that the wall was beyond saving.  Our Certified Inspector Isaac recommended our product called EverBrace wall that includes steel corrugated panels and beams that work together to strengthen and stabilize the wall.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose, Ivan, and Marcos completed the installation in just 2 days and permanently stabilized the wall.
