Water intrusion and humidity can eventually lead to significant mold growth. We recently tackled this issue by installing our patented WaterGuard drainage system around the interior perimeter of the basement and our CleanSpace moisture barrier on the walls to help redirect water to a sump pump in the lowest point of the basement. The moisture barrier combined with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier helps reduce the humidity and moisture in the air, creating a healthier home environment in the basement and throughout the entire home.
