This homeowner in Trafalgar, Indiana had sagging floors in their home caused by failing floor joists in the crawl space.  Our production crew installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Support System to stabilize the sagging floor joists.  

A homeowner in Tralafgar, Indiana noticed that the front corner of her house had dropped several inches over time and cracks had started forming in the exterior of the foundation.  Our Certified inspector Rob did a thorough inspection of the exterior of the home, inside the home to check for signs of foundation settlement, and in the crawl space.  Rob recommended 2 Helical Piers to stabilize the front corner of the foundation and PowerBraces on the interior wall of the crawl space to stabilize the walls that were bowing.  These foundation products were installed by our Foreman Evert and his crew members Juan, Edwin, and Ramon.

A building owner in Warsaw, Indiana noticed large exterior brick foundation cracks and was concerned about the structural integrity of the building.  Our Foreman Chris and his crew members Jon-Wesley, Jake, and Juan installed a total of 14 Helical Piers to lift the foundation back to its original level and prevent the cracks from getting any larger.  

A homeowner in Zionsville, Indiana was concerned about a the condition of his basement after noticing issues on the exterior of the home.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel and Edwin installed a total of 11 Geo-Lock wall anchors to provide permanent stabilization and prevent the wall from shifting any further.
