Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Macy, Indiana noticed several low spots in his floors that were caused by rotting floor joists and poor support in the basement.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel and Edwin installed SmartJack support posts with a steel beam to provide permanent floor support and stabilization. 

An American Legion Post in Galveston, Indiana had issues with water leaking into the basement and bowing walls.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Dennis installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system around the perimeter of the basement to collect water passing through the walls and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump.  The crew installed PowerBraces to stabilize the basement foundation walls.  

A homeowner in Mentone, Indiana noticed large exterior foundation cracks forming and they recently starting to get even bigger.  Our Certified Inspector Devon recommended completely replacing the existing block crawl space foundation, because it was beyond repair.  Our Emilio and his crew members Jose, Eliuc, and Marcos rebuilt the block foundation for a permanent solution.
