A Frito Lay plant in Frankfort, Indiana reached out to us regarding pier installation for new construction they planned to add in building.  Our Foreman John and his crew members Phil and Jon-Wesley installed a total of 25 Helical Piers to stabilize and prepare the area for new construction.  

A homeowner in Martinsville, Indiana was dealing with significant settlement around his brick foundation that had caused large "stair-step" cracks to form.  Our Certified Inspector Casey informed the homeowner that the foundation would need to be permanently stabilized with Helical Piers.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Adam, Edwin, Ramon, and Eliuc installed a total of 6 helical piers. 

This homeowner in Clayton, Indiana had significant bowing in his basement walls causing structural foundation issues.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Isaias, Olvin, and Dennis installed PowerBraces to provide permanent stabilization of the basement foundation walls. 

Jon is a new homeowner in Norman, Indiana and had some issues with foundation wall issues in his basement.  Our Foreman Todd and his crew installed the GeoLock Wall Anchor System to repair the bowing walls.  

A homeowner in Bringhust, Indiana was concerned about some uneven areas of her floors above the crawl space.  Our Certified Inspector Eric found that the floor joists in the crawl space were sagging and needed permanent stabilization.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario installed a total of 6 SmartJack support posts with a steel supplemental beam.
