Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Tina's floors in her living room above the crawl space were sagging significantly.  Our foreman Joe and his crew installed Smart Jacks to stabilize and lift Tina's floors above her crawl space.  

A homeowner in Syracuse, Indiana called us with a major emergency at his home with recent heavy rains that resulted in his basement foundation wall completely collapsing.  Our Certified Field Inspector Isaac was able to meet with the homeowner very quickly to inspect the foundation damage that had occurred.  Isaac recommended a full foundation block wall rebuild in the basement that would provide a stronger foundation than the homeowner previously had.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Javier and Jose completed the foundation rebuild in just 3 days. 

Tom's basement walls were bowing, causing a need for critical foundation wall repairs.  Our production crew installed Power Braces to stabilize the walls and installed a basement waterproofing system to collect water passing through the walls. 

A homeowner in Marion, Indiana had concerns about his floors sagging above his garage.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Denis and Marcos installed 4 SmartJack support posts to re-level the floors above.
